Insta-PUMP!

For the most intense pumps plant sterols can provide!  Put 1-3 droppers full on clean, disinfected skin (thin skin is best).  Spread out so it's not runny, let absorb.  You should have all the pump benefits of ecdysterone (and turk, and other sterols) for 1.5-2.5 hours.  Perfect for the gym, beach, and even bedroom.  Ahem.  For longer lasting pumps, and to take advantage of other benefits- you can apply with a "wound dressing" or tattoo cover (clear plastic) and leave product "pooled" in center for slower release.  But, at that point it'd just be better to take a sublingual.  :)
